"UPDATE: The salon was kind enough to offer me a new manicure with a top nail technician, Inasty and she completely changed my perspective of this salon. She was very attentive throughout the entire appointment and double checked with me to be sure I like the shape, color and French design. My new manicure came out perfect and this time I did not experience any pain, bleeding, or heat spikes. This was an overall pleasant experience and I left very happy. Preview review: This was my first time trying this salon and this was one of the most painful manicures I’ve received. The nail technician cut way too deep into my cuticles and days later they are still sore and bleeding. I have gotten Russian manicures before and have never had my fingers cut up like this before."

Gulnaz was wonderful and took great care of me. Due to health issues, my cuticles, nails, and feet are usually a mess. They look so healthy now! She helped my pick out the perfect color to achieve the natural and professional look I was going for. I look forward to my next appointment with her! The salon is very nice and I have no complaints. "I cannot stop staring at my nails! I have been to this salon a lot but have never been paired with nail tech Irina. She is the BEST. Hands down the best work I've ever had done. The nail care itself was 5 stars and I requested cat-eye polish which had been hard prior.... but she NAILED it! Such beautiful work and she takes so much pride. 10s across the board!
